SHIPPING & RETURNS
We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours. You can then expect your order within a few working days once shipped.
You will receive confirmation of your order upon payment and confirmation of the shipment once the order has been processed.
We do accept returns, however we don't yet offer a free returns service, therefore any postage/shipping costs must be paid for by the customer, but we hope of course there are no reasons to return these beautiful products!
We don't currently offer a next day delivery option, but when we are able to we will add this into our delivery options.
Any items damaged during shipping, please notify us at the earliest opportunity and take some images of the shipping box and damage. We will ask for this once you've notified us of the issue.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We can offer a full refund for any items returned to us within 14 days of being received.
We can offer an exchange for any items returned to us within 30 days of being received.
If returning any of our books, please take extra care not to crease the spine of the books before returning. If the spine of the book looks damaged or used we won't be able to offer a refund or an exchange as it's difficult to know if they've been used or read before returning and we want to ensure the next owner has a book in the best possible condition.
