How do I return my order?
We do accept returns, however we don't yet offer a free returns service, therefore any postage/shipping costs must be paid for by the customer.
If you would like to return your order, please fill out the return form that came with the package. Make sure to include all the information requested on the form, such as the order number and the reason for the return.
Once the form is complete, carefully seal the package and ship them back to us, make sure to keep the tracking number should there be any issues with the courier.
If you have any questions about the return process, please contact us via email. We obviously hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, we are here to help.
Am I entitled to a refund or an exchange?
We can offer a full refund for any items returned to us within 14 days of being received.
We can offer an exchange for any items returned to us within 30 days of being received.
If returning any of our books, please take extra care not to crease the spine of the books or fold the pages before returning. If the spine of the book or the pages look damaged or used, we won't be able to offer a refund or an exchange as it's difficult to know if they've been used or read before returning, and we want to ensure the next owner has a book in the best possible condition.
In this case we will contact you and confirm the books are being returned to you. We will cover the cost to return them to you.
Refunds and Exchanges we aim to process within 48 hours of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
Any concerns regarding the returned product we will contact you to discuss at the earliest opportunity.
Are there any shipping costs?
UK
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £6.95 for a small parcel, or £9.95 for a large parcel.
Orders over £150 we will ship complimentary to you.
INTERNATIONAL
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £14.95 for a small parcel, or £19.95 for a large parcel.
Orders shipped outside the UK will be subject to import/customs fees depending on the destination country.
The customer is responsible for paying this when requested by the relevant shipping/courier company.
Can I still change my order?
Up until the point the order has been shipped, you can change your order.
If you want to change your order, please send us an email to michael@nimaliving.com at the earliest opportunity. We will see what is still possible.
If the order has already been shipped we can coordinate an exchange but you be liable for the additional shipping charges incurred.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.
Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to michael@nimaliving.com and we will contact the shipping company.
Account Info
Do I have to create an account?
No, you don't have to create an account. We would love you to, but we know how frustrating it can be to have an account with countless companies now online.
It does make things generally a little easier to have an account as it helps us to know a little more about our customers and how we are doing as a business, and also to solve any queries or issues more efficiently.
We don’t quite know the long term benefits of having an account with us as we are only at the beginning, but we firmly believe that the communities we create through NIMA will be worth being connected to.
How do I change my account password?
If you have forgotten your password, or just want to change it, reset it by clicking the 'forgot password' link. Once you click the link, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password. Follow the instructions to set a new password that is secure and easy to remember. Remember to keep your password safe and never share it with anyone.
